early 19th c. construction date, it has undergone irreversible changes and thus
does not contribute in any visual way to the historic integrity of the
district. 1 1/2 story, 2 x 2 bay house
w/one story ell. Aluminum siding. Window openings changes. Has c.1960 one story, one bay garage north
of house.

running northerly along the easterly line of said highway a distance of about
107 feet to the northwest corner of the parcel of land herein conveyed; thence
extending easterly in a line parallel with said Southards north line to the
wst line of land now or formerly owned by Mary Kendrick Stevens; thence
running southerly along said Mary Stevens west line about 107 feet to the
Southards north line to the point of beginning; and being all and the same
land and premises conveyed from Alice F. Bevins and Thomas Bevins to Stuart
Orton by warranty deed dated January 4, 1946, and recorded in Book 33, Page
439, of the Land Records of the Town of Fairfax, to which deed and record and
the deeds and references therein referred, reference is hereby made as an aid
