vernacular 19th c. dwelling. 1 1/2 -
story, 3 x 2 bay house with a 4 x 1 ell that has an enclosed shed portch on the
south side. Stone foundation covered w/particle
board. Interior chimney on south end of
ell. Left gable end entrance has 3/4
length sidelights above panels. Simpld
door surround (opening covered) has a plain cornice board. Windows are 2/2 plain surrounds. An added shed garage in rear has novelty
siding.

and one note payable on or before three years from date, and shall also on or
before the 10th day of May next to erect or cause to be erected a dwelling
house on the above described lands and premises, and cause said dwelling
house to be well insured and kept insured for the benefit of said Hicks..... |
