Title: NWMC Radios Are Down

What happens when a hospital's radios are down?  Do they use cell phones?  911 Dispatchers call them??

They just had an announcement over the scanner that the NWMC radios are down until tomorrow.

 As I understand Henry they are using cellphones to talk to the hospital.
