Title: 20 Year Old Swanton Marine Killed In Afghanistan

 Family members of U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Anthony “Chuckie” Rosa, 20, of Swanton, who was killed in Afghanistan this week, were not yet able to publicly address their loss as the Messenger went to press on Friday.
As of press time, the U.S. Marine Corps had not released a statement regarding the death of Cpl. Rosa. It is Marine Corps policy to wait 24-hours after notifying the family before releasing a statement.
