Title: My Last Steroid Shot For Three Months

Headed down to Dr. Tarver's for my last Steroid Shot - Can't have any more for three months.  Sharon is coming up from Hampton, NH to drive me.  As usual, every once in a while some old reminders come up.  Maryann was also scheduled to have an echocardiogram today to see how much more deterioration had occurred in her heart.  Things were not looking good the last time, so as I think about it, God was good that he did not put her through some rough times that would have occurred within the next two years.  May you rest in peace Maryann - I am forever grateful for our many happy years together.

Henry, when Lois Putnam died, she left directions/instructions/ readings for her funeral.  Something she wrote said, essentially," Where I am now I can love you more powerfully than I ever did before."  Remember that when you think of your dear wife; she still loves/is loving you.
