Title: Exercise for the Ages!!!

Living Strong in Vermont is a strength, flexibility, balance exercise program that developed after the Tufts Strong Living program was discontinued.  We meet for an hour on Tuesday and Friday at 10:30 at the United Church.  The only equipment you need is a willingness to exercise in a congenial environment and a desire to  get stronger, more flexible and develop improved balance. 
We need no paper work of any sort.

This class is suitable for older individuals,  men and women, and those who have not done any exercise before.
