Strength, flexibility, balance, and a lot of laughs...that's Living Strong in Vermont.  Join us. Tuesday and Friday from 10:30-11:30.  Especially if you haven't done much exercise, and need to get up and get moving, this is for you.
The only requirement is your willing presence.  Men and women; especially for those over 55 who need to strengthen those flabby arms  and weak knees. You are welcome to come and observe. At the United Church.

Nooo. Sorry!!!  But I am sure there is a local gym with a good trainer.......
