FINALLY!
-
I thought of you when I posted this.
Wishing you and yours a
Happy Thanksgiving !

Its interesting that the operator didn't try to outrun the Sheriff, as I am sure he knew a lot of side trails.
-
true - and Police have a mandate to NOT chase as injury typically occurs when they do.
TRULY some good news. Unfortunately though, methinks this person isn't the one who rips up grass and property and purposefully tries to bother people - as that sort would've ran like a rat for sure......
-
I agree with you Loctavious
-
Wow ... This is good news. However, I am sure this is not the individual who is riding on the grass. With THREE outstanding WARRANTS I would have to say he was not up to anything GOOD! Certainly with that many arrests, he is not interested in riding on your GRASS!
-
maybe selling you some - but not riding on your own grass..... lol.
-
I drove by when the ATV was being put onto a pick up. It was NOT one of those which are out of control, a very different model. Not one of the two or three I have seen racing up and down Sheperdson Hollow over the years.
Too bad it is not time to celebrate.

Turns out the ATV was stolen.
-
and recovered
-
(Yes, and recovered, sorry about that)
On 23 November 2010, It was learned that the ATV (Xxxxx) was operating was similar to an ATV that was listed stolen from Newport Center (Ray’s ATV’s) on 17 July 2010. A description and VIN number of the stolen ATV was received. On 24 November 2010, Deputy Edgerley confirmed that the VIN on the ATV in (Xxxxx’s) possession matched the ATV listed as stolen. The ATV was recovered and released to the owner. (Xxxxx) has been cited for the offense.
