Title: Only 4 Inches Of Snow & 13 Degrees Here On The Fletcher Road
Post by: Henry on December 14, 2010, 02:05:47 PM
Was listening to the Town Trucks chatting this morning and heard one of the drivers say that there was twice the snow up in North Fairfax that there was here on The Fletcher Road.  My driveway was bare after the rain yesterday.  It sounds like we might get some snow on Thursday - Nice & white and clean.  I even wrapped a few of my Christmas gifts today.  Probably should have turned on some Christmas Music to get myself in the spirit.

Radio Station 92.9 only plays Christmas Music until after the Holidays! :-)

I know all about 92.9 and their christmas carols.  They start playing them in November; and as soon as they start, my coworkers turn up the music to torture me.  Don't get me wrong, I love christmas carols, but I think you should take one holiday at a time.  I refuse to decorate my desk or have anything to do with christmas until the day after thanksgiving.  I even saw christmas decoration at Kinney Drugstore before Halloween!

But needless to say, it's now december, there's snow on the ground, every station is playing christmas carols and my daughter is employed, happy, and healthy ... what more could anyone want for christmas.
