Title: Those Squirrels Can Do A Lot Of Damage

Talked with my daughter Lynn last night down in Bellows Falls and she had big plans to get a lot of stuff done yesterday - Christmas is less than a week away you know. Well, they got back from Mass and she put the frying pan on the stove and Little Henry put his coffee pot on - They discovered soon enough they had no power.

A call to the power company enlightened them to the fact that Bellows Falls was without power due to damage done by a squirrel.  This is the second time in a few months this has happened.  Power was out from yesterday forenoon until last night around 5 p.m., all caused by a stupid squirrel.

I have heard of this before.  You would think with all our high tech savvy that they would have come up with something that would prevent a tiny squirrel from bringing a whole community down to its knees.
