I just reduced the photos in size to see if I could get the noise out of them.  They do seem to be a bit clearer:

Which only means more kids will be smoking on my side of the road during school.  Often wondered where the kids get their smokes.  Now I  know.  If they only knew how hard it is to give up.  No one could tell me.  Has been 14 years.

That's awesome Lena!  Congratulations on quitting!

What is the make/model of the van?  Can anyone tell from the grill?

Look for the wheezing teens...

I would suspect that anyone with some auto expertise could probably tell you the year and make, just by looking at the grill.

Henry,

In no way do I carry any "auto expertise", but a quick look on the web, and I would guess somewhere around a 2005 Chrysler.

I think you are more of an expert than you give yourself credit for Thor - I suspect these thieves will be caught shortly - The St. Albans Messenger reported today:

Steeple Market hit by burglars

FAIRFAX — Vermont State Police are investigating a burglary at the Steeple Market here that occurred on Thursday night.
At least two subjects were involved in the crime at the Route 104 store. Police said items were stolen but specific details are not being released at this time. Police have store video that shows what appears to be a silver Chrysler van and one suspect wearing a hooded sweatshirt, which is dark on the top and light, colored on the bottom. The sweatshirt appears to have some sort of logo or letters on it.

Anyone with any information about the crime is asked to call the Vermont State Police in St. Albans at 524-5993.
