Title: Accident On Route 104 In Fairfax

Channel 3 News reported on the 11 p.m. news:

One person was seriously injured in a rollover accident. It happened on Route 104 in Fairfax. Police say the driver lost control of the vehicle -- it went off the road -- and flipped over. One person was thrown from the vehicle -- and was seriously injured. The other occupant -- was wearing a seatbelt -- and did not suffer life threatening injuries. The accident is under investigation.

Miles Sturgeon, youngest brother of Melissa, Roger Fisher's  wife, was the young man involved in the accident.  He is still in critical condition but will have to wait a few days to see if there will be any lasting problems. I believe Miles is also the brother of Todd Pigeon's wife.

As of this time neither the St. Albans Messenger or Channel 3 News actually pinpointed the location of the accident on Route 104
