Title: Work On My Server Tomorrow Morning At 3 a.m.

Dear Henry Raymond,

As part of our commitment to provide quality web hosting services, hardware maintenance has been scheduled for your server, Dime158. Please read the details carefully.

Scheduled Date and Time:
Friday, January 14, 2011 at 3 AM EST.

Maintenance Type:
Over the past few weeks, Dime158 has had intermittent issues with load on the server causing interruption to some services. This issues has progressively gotten worse so our NOC admins will be taking the server momentarily offline to inspect the hardware and swap out anything that may be contributing to the extended issues.

Estimated Downtime:
Our admins will do what they can to expedite the process to avoid any prolonged issues for you and your clients. As it stands now, we have estimated between 15 – 30 minutes while our admins take the server offline, inspect/swap hardware, and then move the server back to the original location to be brought back online.

Special Note:
Please note, e-mails will be queued in our mail proxy and will be received once the server comes back online. No e-mails will be lost during this maintenance.
