Advancing to Medlar Cup (all 3-2): BFA-Fairfax, Burlington, Burr and Burton, Lamoille, Lyndon, Mt. Abraham, Mt. Anthony, Mt. Mansfield, Woodstock

Note: Rice B was an exhibition team and all of its opponents were credited with wins regardless of the match result.
