Michael Cain of Fairfax, & Laurie Fleming of South Hero, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Devon Cain, to
Tom Anderson, son of Dick & Dottie Anderson of Syracuse, N. Y.  Devon is a 2006 graduate of St. Lawrence University; and is presently employed at The Salvation Army (Syracuse Area Services).  Tom is a 2006 graduate of St. Lawrence University; and is
presently employed at Vector Contracting in Syracuse, N.Y.  A July 9th wedding is planned.
