Title: Summer job opening for student at Fairfax Library

SUMMER STUDENT POSITION
AVAILABLE AT THE LIBRARY

Accepting applications until April 27 for a 20 hour per week library assistant position at the Fairfax Community Library.

Stop by the Fairfax Community Library or BFA guidance office for an application.

The position runs from approximately June 20 through August 26.  The days/hours will be determined by the student and the town librarian.  The pay is VT minimum wage ($8.15/hour).

You must have completed your sophomore year to apply.  BFA students and local homeschoolers encouraged to apply.
Interviews will be held in early May.

Double check...as of April 1st min wage is $8.60 per hour.

Minimum wage 8.60 is in canada not USA.

Thanks for the info.  I will double check Vermont's minimum wage.  We used the figure that was correct (we thought) when we built the budget
in December.

I double checked the current minimum wage in VT and it is indeed $8.15 per hour as of 1/1/11.
