Some flooding in my daughter's back lawn. According to the Fairfax Emergency Weather Station at the Fire Station, we got about a half inch of rain. The little brook across the road is also overflowing its banks.
Perhaps most importantly, there are some patches of green grass appearing on the lawn - Summer is just around the corner.

Seems like we got more than a half an inch. I wouldn't know, though, as I need a new rain gauge because mine cracked late last year. Need a new one.
But a lot of rain fell. Should be interesting to see how high the Lamoille River gets. A lot of the snow from Mt. Mansfield melts and comes down our way.

I don't have my rain gauge out either as I am sure we will get some cold enough weather to crack it because I forgot to empty it.

We are watching the Stones Brook and the Lamoille River rise very quickly, if you don't hear from me come quickly with a boat! :)
