"There was additional discussion re: utility easements and how they effect density calculations, and PUD regulations.  There was general consensus that anyone within a PUD (not just abutters) should be mailed a public notice for any planned development within the PUD, even though State statute only requires notification of abutters."

Just one more thing driving up the cost of development unnecessary.
