I received a call this morning from a Fairfax Resident who told me that when they went to Foothills Bakery last Tuesday there was a sign that they were closed that day, however, since then they tell me they have not been open. I mentioned that they might be on vacation, but was told that when they do go on vacation, they usually leave a sign telling people that they have. Anybody know anything about this??

I just read the following note on Facebook regarding The Foothills Bakery:
Foothills Bakery, Fairfax, VT
We are in Tucson, AZ for our daughter's wedding, but will be back on Thursday, April 28th.

What with all the break-ins they probably thought it best not to leave a sign that they were away for any length of time.

Not necessary to advertise that you are OUT OF TOWN, I mean really! All of the regular customer's are aware of where Jason and Amy are and what they are celebrating!

They posted it on Facebook Mummy..... so pretty much it was already advertised before anything was on here today. Would you wonder what was going on if another business had a closed sign for a week, say the pharmacy, the Pantry?
