Jeffrey St. Cyr of Fairfax and Richard and Valerie Eldred of St. Albans and Raymond Theoret and his wife Naomi of Essex and Mary Katherine Root of Essex Junction announce the engagement of their children, Jennifer St. Cyr and Scott Theoret.

A Dec. 3 wedding is planned.
