Title: ATV VS CAR Photos - Hard To Believe An ATV Would Do That Damage
Post by: Henry on July 29, 2011, 12:54:12 PM
Below are a couple of photos taken of a vehicle hit by an ATV on Main Street between The Country Pantry & Minor's Store.  Hard to believe that an ATV could cause that much damage to a car and I was told that the driver of the ATV was not wearing a helmet.  The car was parked when it was hit.  The guy on the ATV was lucky he hit the car and not the Tree just down the road.

I hope the owner sues the crap out of him!  It is the only way they are going to stop tearing up and down the roads at all hours, if they have consequences that effect their wallet. That is my opinion. You can tell I for one have had it with this on going problem in Fairfax!

I "heard" he was intoxicated, 20 yrs old, and it wasn't his first offense.
I also "heard" he could stand and talk and tried to get away.
He's lucky to be alive.  I hope he learns from this and I hope the owners of the car recover their losses.
