Title: Bernie & Jean Gregoire Celebrate Their 50th Wedding Anniversary

Bernie & Jean Gregoire, long time residents of Main Stree here in Fairfax Village will be celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary on August 19, 2011.  They were married in Waregen, Connecticut on August 19, 1961 in St. Mary's Church.  A special Mass for their intentions will be said this Sunday at St. Luke's Church at 11 a.m., requested by the family.

Were they married when they were 10 and 12?

I hope I look that good after 50 years of marriage!

I have had a lot of people act very surprised when I tell them that Bernie & Jean are celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary - They look very young for a couple celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary.

Is this the same Bernard that drove for George Yett bag co in St Albans (57--58 ?) and whose parents lived just south of Georgia village

I don't believe so.  Bernie was brought up in Fairfield, then worked at IBM.
