SWANTON - Kathy Champagne, daughter of Carlton & Bev Champagne, of Highgate Springs, and Seth Barrows, grandson of Robert & Ruth Barrows, of Milton, and son of Brian Barrows, of Fairfax, were united in marriage on June 25, 2011.
The double ring ceremony was performed by Joseph Luneau, in Swanton, at 4:30 p.m.
The bride was given away by her nephew, Jaedyn Champagne.
The bride's attendants were Michelle Charbonneau, friend; Jaida Forsey-Driscoll, friend; Trudy Haire, friend; and Karen Champagne, sister. The Maid of Honor was Jessica Champagne, niece.
The Best Man was Bruce Barrows, uncle. Ushers were Rob Wilkins, uncle; Brian Woodward, cousin; and Rusty Beauprey; brother-in-law. The ring bearer was Mason McClain, nephew.
A reception was held at the Swanton VFW, with music provided by Bob Wagner.
Wetherbee's Catering assisted with serving wedding cake, as well as provided the meal.
Photographers were friends, Cathy Bray and Mindy Blow.
The bride graduated from MVU. She is employed at AIDC, in Williston, as Collections Specialist.
The groom graduated from Milton High School. He is employed at Wilkins Farm, in Fairfax.
A wedding trip to Maine is planned for the fall. The newlyweds have made their home in Highgate Springs.
