Title: Brother of Terry Parker dies at age of 70

WILLISTON, Vt. - Edward (Skip) P. Parker III, 70, of Williston died unexpectedly in Fletcher Allen Health Care on Aug. 22, 2011. He was born in Springfield, Vt. on March 18, 1941 son of Edward P. Parker Jr. and Ruth Bouffard Parker. Edward had worked at G.E. as a Class A toolmaker until his retirement. He was a member of the Woodchuck Turners of Vermont. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Charlotte M. (Russin) Parker of Williston; his children, Glen Parker and his wife, Wanda of Gaffney, S.C., Timothy Parker and his fiancee, Linda Cochran of Graniteville, Vt., and Paula LaForce and her fiance, Daren Villemaire of Fletcher, Vt.; a brother and his wife, Terry and Debbie Parker of Fairfax; a sister, Katie Tevernia and her husband, Todd; an aunt, Claire Chase of Burlington; his eight grandchildren, Samantha, Josh, Winter and Autumn Parker, Julie Parker, Nicholas and Danial Cochran, and Baylee LaForce; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Jeffery in 1999. A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Sat., Aug. 27, 2011 in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Winooski. Contributions in Edward's memory may be made to the Vermont Center for Cancer Medicine. Arrangements are by Boucher and Pritchard Funeral Directors.
