Someone informed me that Route 15 is closed but it isn't listed.  Does anyone know if this is true?

Route 15 is closed.  Also 128 was closed (don't know if it still is) and wasn't on that map.

Rte 128 was open this morning when I went through at 8am.  I DID hear that rte 15 in Cambridge was still closed at that time though.
