A dramatic rescue in Georgia early Sunday morning.

According to fire officials, the driver of a pickup truck lost control on Route 7, slammed into a bridge, then rolled down the embankment into the river below.  He was stuck upside-down in the water for over an hour until being noticed by a firefighter returning from another call.  Emergency crews used the jaws of life to cut the driver out of the truck.  He was transported to the hospital.  His current condition is not known.
