ST. ALBANS TOWN - Vermont State Police say a 20-year-old Fairfax man was over three times the legal limit for intoxication after a
crash.
He has been cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Jan. 3 to face charges of driving under the influence, police said. Trooper Richard Stepien said police saw him drive off Vermont 104 in Fairfax at about 10 p.m. Saturday. He attempted roadside dexterity
tests and was later given two breath tests that showed 0.283 percent and .00257 percent blood-alcohol content, police said.
