Hi All,
Just measured the snow between my house and garage with no drifts and it measures 21 inches at this time. Traffic not too heavy as many cars go by slowly with their 4-way flashers on and Sandra from the village tells me in a note sent at 5:04 p.m.:
"Hi, Henry – Just in case you haven’t heard, there are semitrailer trucks lined up down Main Street as far as we can see. Apparently a truck or two turned sideways up on the hill. Other types of vehicles are able to go around over the bridge. The truckers have been stuck on Main for several hours now. Sandra"
Tractor Trailers have been banned from travelling the Interstate.
Chris Howard just stopped and plowed my driveway around noon -- Says he is staying pretty busy as are many others as I see pick-up trucks driving up and down the road. Got another 12 inches of snow since he plowed at noon:

I am afraid to go out and measure the snow. 15 inches at 4:45. 17 inches at 5:15. 19 inches at 5:30.
I went out and around between 4/4:30, and ended up down in the village. I will post some shots on my website tomorrow.
Eight trucks lined up.

21 inches as of 6:15. However, the wind is now blowing and so, I'm not sure how accurate the measurements will be.
Margie has been making supper, and she has not seen any lights coming down the hill across the river.
No school Thursday.
YUCK!!!!!! It can stop snowing anytime.

Around 9:30 I did a final check and come up with 25 inches.
Not sure how accurate because of the wind, but it has to be close.
