SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On 01/27/12 at approximately 0820 hrs, Steven M Petelle, 34, of St Albans, was travelling North on RT 104 in Fairfax when he lost control of his vehicle, a 1998 red Chevy Truck, rolling it over on his roof. During the investigation, Petelle was suspected of being intoxicated and was processed for DUI. At approximately 1130 hours Petelle's BAC was .116. Petelli was fingerprinted and cited for 02/21/12.

Scary stuff when someone is drunk at that time of day and driving, lesson learned? I think not!

This guy was driving in and out of our students on their way to school.
0.116 at 1130 with the rollover at 0820.
We should all give thanks we're not mourning this morning.

Unbelievable. Over 3 hours after the crash he was still well over the legal limit.
