Title: 13 Year Old Milton Middle School Student Sexually Assaults Staff Member

Milton, Vt. -
Police say a 13 year-old student tried to sexually assault a staff member at the Milton Middle High School. Officers responded and arrested student.
 
He's charged with attempted sexual assault and unlawful restraint.
 
The female victim was not injured. The teen will be arraigned in juvenile court Friday.
