Title: Talk About Being In The Right Place At The Right Time
Post by: Henry on February 28, 2012, 04:30:31 PM
My daughter who lives in Bellows Falls relates this story about her experience this afternoon:

"Lynn Raymond-Empey

So after I got out of the clinic I ran to Lisais to grab something for dinner and then was going to deposit my check. However I was really exhausted and said, "forget it" and just drive by the bank, I will just go to the high school and get Sam. As I get to the high school I am met by a cop car speeding up to the entrance with Chief wiggum talking on the radio. Pull into see Principal and Vice principal pacing outside the school. Chief drives back to just outside school and a sheriff arrives. All afterschool activities cancelled. Okay so now I am really wondering what is going on. As I leave I ask Broadly if there will be a robo call tonight, he says maybe, but I will know what is going on when I drive back through town. So as I get to the corner to drive up the hill, I see it. My bank was robbed. Thank goodness I was exhausted. I would have driven right into the middle of it."
