Title: BFUHS On :30 Tonight
Post by: Henry on March 02, 2012, 08:04:03 AM
Tune into the :30 tonight on WCAX channel 3, and see Kristin Carlson interview Dylan Ward and Rachel Greenberg about BFUHS' upcoming production of ALW's Phantom of the Opera. They have some still photos of the production to show during the interview as well.

OK, so Bellows Falls is a long ways from Fairfax, but I still have my youngest grandson attending High School there.  Although he will not be interviewed on the program, he is in the production and he and his parents will be sitting in the background at the interview as they are bringing Dylan Ward and Rachel Greenberg up from Bellows Falls.

Those of you that are grandparents will understand the pride we take in our grandchildren - The three photos above show my grandson Sam in the group singing - He is the one with the glasses, brown polo shirt with white stripes.  This particular play has never been attempted by a Vermont High School Group before.  The two that have the lead roles are Seniors at BFHS.

Your grandsons are fortunate to have a grandfather so proud as to brag about them and their accomplishments! Not every kid is so lucky to have attentive grandparents even when they are alive and well and living closer than you do to yours! Imagine how special Henry and Sam would have felt had they grown up living closer to Grandma and Grandpa Raymond. :-)
