Take this serious. I have suffered from this for a few years now. I was undiagnosed for much of that time. I am finally starting to get better after of 5 months of treatment and many more to go. Seriously check your self and kids every evening. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Regards, Tom
PS: support the H.0090 bill which allows doctors to treat chronic Lyme in Vermont. There is a petition at J&L hardware. Go Up there and sign it please.

Tom is very right about lyme disease.  I have several family members who have it and it is challenging at best; it can devastate your health and lifestyle;  take the necessary precautions.

The Chronic Lyme scenario is very disturbing. The FBA and AMA have dug in and refused to change their position on this so many times! (No wonder when they are in the big pharmaceutical company's pockets.) It appalls me that there has not been more national media attention with this issue. Anyone who hasn't seen it needs to make sure to watch "Under Our Skin", an eye-opening documentary on the chronic lyme debate. As a healthcare worker, I have learned firsthand through patients that have battled to make sure they are treated from chronic lyme properly (long-term antibiotics) instead of letting unknowing or misguided doctors to misdiagnose them with ms, parkinsons, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc etc etc. Chronic lyme, in my opinion, is real, and is being largely ignored by the medical community because of a lack of understanding and shady pressure from the big drug companies. It is time that this is fixed!
