Title: VT Strong plates available at VT Historical Society

Montpelier, VT – The Vermont Historical Society is helping in the cause to aid Vermonters impacted by Tropical Storm Irene. The Vermont History Museum store now offers the Vermont Strong license plate?you can drop by the store and help Vermonters with their long-term recovery needs by purchasing one of these front license plates for $25.00. Net proceeds from the sale of each plate will be distributed to both the Vermont Disaster Relief Fund (www.vermontdisasterrecovery.com) and the Vermont Food Bank (www.vtfoodbank.org). Valid from 2012?2014, this plate may be displayed on the front of a qualified vehicle registered in Vermont.
