CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:2671 US Rte. 5, Sutton
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 6/20/12 at approximately 2200 hours Vermont State Police received a report of
a deceased male on the kitchen floor of an unoccupied residence.
On scene investigation and interviews reveal that this was an attempted burglary.
Masure smashed the glass out of a window on the back of the house.
Masure climbed through the window and sustained numerous severe lacerations resulting in his death.
Autopsy results and toxicology are pending.
This remains under investigation.
