Living History: Dorothy Canfield Fisher Speaker from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17
   - A living history presentation, by Helene Lang, sponsored by the Vermont Humanities Council, explores the life works of Dorothy Canfield Fisher, a Vermont author
   - Open to the public and accessible to people with disabilities
   - Free
   - For children that have read for the DCF Award and adults

Summer Concert Series: Fairfax Youth Showcase from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18
   - Join us for entertainment by local youth musicians and bands
   - Free to all
   - Rain or shine

Astronomy: Explore the Night Sky starting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 19
   - Weather permitting, an evening of fun, education, and exploration of the summer sky with real telescopes
   - *Details to follow*

Red Cross Babysitting Course from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 21
   - Ages 11-15, no prior experience required
   - Free, must preregister at the Library
      NOTE: REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
   - Attendees need to bring a lunch
