I received a call today from a Fairfax Resident who wants to downsize from a 4 bedroom home.  She is not interested in an apartment but would consider a smaller house or trailer - If you know of something, you can send me an e-mail at vtgrandpa@yahoo.com, or you can call Penny at 825-2350.

Penny's phone number is a cell phone number, so I don't know if you have to dial 1 802 ahead of it or not.

House or trailer does not need to be in Fairfax, can be in Fletcher, Georgia, St. Albans, Fairfield, Westford, Milton, etc.
