Special Programs at Fairfax Community Library this week!

Tuesday, November 6th, 9:30-10:30 am: Join us for stories, crafts, and activities from 9:30-10:30 am! For ages 0-6. Special Guest! Our friend Virginia Holiman will present her special brand of story time fun with “Good Books and Good Food.” Includes taste tests of fruits and veggies!

Thursday, November 8th and 29th, 3-4:15 pm: Read to a Dog

Kids can read a book of their choice to a fuzzy, friendly dog. To sign-up for a time slot, call (849-2420) or stop by the library (November 8th is full).

Thursday, November 8th, 6:30 pm- 8 pm:  20th Century Presidents: Franklin Delano Roosevelt Book Discussion


Please join us for our third 20th Century Presidents book discussion on That Man: An Insider’s Portrait of Franklin Delano Roosevelt by Robert Jackson. Helene Lang, Ph.D., will be the facilitator. Books can be signed out at the library front desk.
