Layoffs are always a shock, but we've got some good news out there too - Mylan’s expanding, IBM and Husky are hiring, Homeland Security is recruiting, Northwestern Medical Center is looking and, I guess we'll see how this one goes, Wal-Mart’s broken ground.

Skippy- I don't think most jobs at Mylan, IBM, Husky, Homeland Security, and NWMC would be considered "low paying".
