COMBS - MAYNARD Kasey Combs and James Maynard announce their en­gagement. Miss Combs is the daughter of Wesley and Bonnie Combs of Westford, VT. She attended BFA Fairfax and is currently employed by Green Mountain Nursing and Rehabilitation. Mr. Maynard is the son of Theresa and Lawrence Cardinal and Albert and Grace Maynard. He attended Winooski High School and is also employed at Green Mountain Nursing and Reha­bilitation. A July 6, 2013 wedding is planned.
