if my kid goes to fairfax but i am not a resident ,can i still vote on the budget?
-
No
-
what if i own property there but dont live there?
-
No unless you are only registered in Fairfax and not any other place.
-
so my tax dollars follow my kid but i have no say in how it is spent but a renter that has multiple kids in school has no real property but has a voice in how your tax dollars are spent ,thats one of many problems the way things are structured now
-
Sorry

Just because you can't vote doesn't mean that you can't go to an open meeting where you pay tuition for your child to attend school.
