GEORGIA — Amy Branagan and Stephen DiBona were married in an afternoon ceremony at the Georgia Plain Baptist Church in Georgia on Oct. 13, 2012. The bride is the daughter of Chris and Carolyn Branagan of Georgia and the granddaughter of John C. Whitney of St. Albans Town. The groom is the son of Tom and Joyce DiBona of Dighton, Mass.
The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Charles Kuthe. The bride's sister, Mary Maeve Branagan, was maid of honor and the groom's brother , Matthew DiBona, served as best man. Bridesmaids were Whitney Grennon and Hallie Grennon, cousins of the bride, and Lauren Brush, friend and roommate of the bride. The groomsmen were Sunder Bharadwajan, Christopher Crellin and Jeremy Rousse, all long time friends of the groom. The flower girl was three-year-old Addison DiBona, niece of the groom. A dinner reception was held at the Hampton Inn in Winooski where cousins of the bride served as hostesses: Megan Reynolds, Lydia Strider and Kate Whitney.
The couple honeymooned in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Mrs. DiBona is employed as a research scientist at the University of Massachusetts Medical School research laboratory in Worchester Mass. Mr. Dibona is employed as a software engineer at OpenClinica in Waltham, Mass. The couple lives in Marlborough, Mass.
