I just want to clarify for everyone who may have heard otherwise: there is no state of emergency currently in the state of Vermont.  A couple of news outlets, including the Associated Press in Vermont have let us know that there is an erroneous story circulating that such an action has been taken in Vermont – it has not.  There is NO state of emergency in Vermont at this time.
