Title: Who is missing a cat?

I found this cat on our back porch (on Main St, next to the funeral home) after work today.  It looks young, jet black, isn't wearing a collar, and seems very timid and well behaved.
I'm allergic to cats so I can't let it in.
Does anyone know where it belongs?
