being in the service end of business {mostly} i have the right to refuse to work for someone right?there is no law that says I have to work for someone? I thought some of you legal beagles out there might be able to shed some light on this question

Bernie got a plugged drain ?

OH MAN I WOULD NOT REFUSE HIM ,so many thoughts going through my head right now

Ed, Vermont has a right to refusal law with no explaination. This means you do not have to have a reason to refuse to do work for someone. The key is do not give them a reason. Once you open your mouth about why you do not want to do work for them it leaves you open for discrimination. It the same with renting apartments, hire employees. Again, the key is do not open your mouth. Hope this helps. Tom
