War and Peace: Supplying the Army in Lower Canada 1812-1836
Lecture by Matthieu Paradis

March 16, 2013  -  10:30 until noon
Place - Vermont Genealogy Library (Dupont Hall) at Fort Ethan Allen, Hegeman Ave

Between 1812 and 1814, the North American British colonies and the United States are at war.  As in every conflict in the 18th and 19th centuries, the Richelieu and Champlain Valley played a major role in the war.

Join us on Saturday, March 16th when Matthieu Paradis will tell us much more about this conflict and resulting changes.  Dr. Paradis has worked for Parks Canada since 2001 and he comes to us with over ten years experience in social and military heritage presentation.

$5.00 donation to VT-FCGS will be appreciated

The public is welcome, please arrive early
