KATHLEEN A. (SPEER) HOWRIGAN FAIRFIELD - Kathleen A. (Speer) Howrigan, wife of Richard J. Howrigan, passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 17, 2013, at her home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced a future edition of the Burlington Free Press. Assisting the Howrigan family is the Heald Funeral Home of St. Albans.

My sympathy goes out to Dick and his family.  Dick is one of my oldest friends, having been brought up in Fairfield and attending my first day of school with him as well as graduating from high school with him.  Kathleen, may you rest in peace.
