Title: School All Call System

Is using the all call system to promote the exchange program really one of the intended uses? I didn't mind the email but I thought the system was for emergencies. Over using the system may create a desensitizing effect when it is truly needed.

I agree. Snow days and other important messages are one thing...but if I wanted SPAM, I'd go to the cupboard.
