CENTENNIAL FIELD TO HOST FOUR VPA BASEBALL FINALS THIS FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND MONDAY
Parking At Centennial Unavailable For D3 Final 4:30 Monday, Fans Must Park At Gutterson and Take Shuttle
BURLINGTON, VT --- Four Vermont Principal's Association High School Baseball championships will be held at the University of Vermont's historic Centennial Field with one game on both Friday and Saturday night before a pair of games on Monday evening, the VPA and Lake Monsters announced today.
The Division IV title game between #1 South Royalton and #3 Danville will take place on Friday at 6:00 pm, while #1 Burr & Burton and #2 Otter Valley with square off for the Division II championship Saturday at 7:00 pm. The Division III final takes place at 4:30 pm on Monday between #1 BFA-Fairfax and #2 Randolph followed by the Division I championship between #1 Essex and #3 CVU. Fans will be able to enter Centennial 30 minutes before each game.
Because of the early start at 4:30 pm for the Division III final on Monday, there will be no parking for fans in the Centennial Field parking lot for that game (lot is used for hospital parking until 6:00 pm). All fans attending the BFA-Fairfax and Randolph game will have to park at the Gutterson Fieldhouse parking garage and take a shuttle down to Centennial Field. Parking at Centennial for the Division 1 game will be available starting at 6:00 and will also be available for the Division II and IV games.
