CAROL ANN (PERROTTE) COTE


FAIRFAX/MILTON - Carol Ann (Perrotte) Cote, 62, of Fairfax, passed away peacefully in Fletcher Allen Health Care surrounded by her loving family on Friday, June 14, 2013, after a short Illness. Carol was born April 5, 1951, in Burlington, to Theresa (Mongeon) and George Perrotte Sr. Carol will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, friend and daughter. She will be looking down over her future grandchild that she had longed to have. Carol was a kind and giving person and willing to help anyone in need. Carol attended Burlington High School. She was dedicated to taking care of her family and her loving daughter, Alanna. Some of her favorite pastimes were gardening, she had quite a green thumb; she loved the outdoors, hiking and being near the water; she also enjoyed Bingo with friends, and occasional casino trips. She loved animals, her cat, Cleo, will miss her dearly. Carol is survived by her daughter, Alanna (Cote) Stygles and husband, Dylan, of Rutland; sisters and brothers, Linda Muir of St. George, Wanda and Ken Davis of Burlington, George and Betty Perrotte of Winooski, Paul and Deborah Perrotte of South Hero, Gary and Pam Perrotte of Swanton, Peter Perrotte of Winooski, Tim and Sheila Perrotte of Georgia, Todd Perrotte of St. Albans, David Perrotte of Milton, Kris Sterling and Dave Barton of Winooski, and Fran (Perrotte) Belville; and several nieces and nephews that will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Theresa Perrotte; and brother-in-law, Richard Muir. We would like to thank the Staff at FAHC in the ICU for the special care they gave Carol. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, with interment to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Annex. There will be no visiting hours, but a gathering will be held in the hall at St. Joseph CoCathedral following the burial. Arrangements are by Boucher and Pritchard Funeral Directors.
